In the other areas meeting them costs nothing. If you then decide on something – an alternative schooling provider, health cover, a strategy for your savings – it has a price, as any service does. The difference is: you know beforehand what it costs and what for.
And nothing happens that you don’t choose. Some families already resolve their questions in the first conversation and need nothing further.
All specialists work in their own name and on their own account; you contract directly with them. You decide area by area whether to go further – some families use all six, others just one.
Straight away when booking – by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You’ll receive a receipt immediately.
If you’d rather transfer the money, just let us know and we’ll send you an invoice with our details.
Up to 48 hours before the call you can cancel or reschedule free of charge – just drop us a line. We’d rather find a new date together. If you don’t want that, we’ll refund the full amount.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the call, we’ll offer you a replacement date. A refund is no longer possible then, because the time was already reserved for you.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Yes – often especially so. Disagreement usually comes from different fears, not different goals. Come to the call together.
No. We give your path the right strategy and tell you who is right for which part. The professional advice is given by the qualified specialists on our team. If you come to one of them through us, we receive a commission – we tell you beforehand, and it costs you nothing extra.
Our focus is families – that’s our own path and the reason we know the education question so well. But much of it applies just as much without children: destination, residency, cover, structure, wealth. If you feel we might be a fit, just write to us – we’ll tell you honestly whether the call is worth it for you.

The two are kept separate: your payment does not go to the association, and donations do not fund the consultancy.
